The Board of Regents is the highest governing body of Daniel Institute. It provides strategic oversight, ensures institutional integrity, and upholds the mission and values of the Institute in alignment with its founding mandate by the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC).

Responsibilities of the Board
- Setting the strategic direction and long-term vision of the Institute
- Ensuring compliance with GTEC accreditation standards and requirements
- Approving institutional policies, budgets, and major decisions
- Upholding the doctrinal integrity and Christian mission of the Institute
- Appointing and evaluating senior leadership including the Provost
- Maintaining accountability to the founding body, ICGC
